THE HOME OF THE APERITIF SINCE 1856
This tavern, located in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, is one of the oldest bars in Madrid, in operation since 1856. It reopens its doors in 2018 to host the second project of the Argentine bartender Diego Cabrera with the idea of recovering the tradition of the aperitif.
